The sea accessible to all

The project ”Mare senza barriere” was born from Marco’s meeting with a disabled boy, who expressed a desire to see the sea. A wish that Marco was unable to fulfill as he did not have a boat suitable for his needs.

Marco discovered that this was a desire of many and, abetted by his passion for boating and the sea, decided to find a way to fulfill it, perceiving it as a real need.

In 2015, following a technical course in fitting it out, customizing it and testing it thanks to certification with the Italian Naval Registry, he made “EUPHORIA”: the only boat that allows people with disabilities, to experience the sea in total autonomy.
On July 12, 2015, the ”Mare senza barriere” project set sail on the first of many excursions, succeeding in making the sea accessible to all and giving us many smiles.

On board ”EUPHORIA” one can explore the Apulian coast, discovering inlets, beaches and cliffs that can only be reached by sea.

Marco succeeded in fulfilling a wish of many, making them experience unique emotions while admiring the uniqueness of the Apulian sea.

In 2022, Marco Carani Nautica ”Yachting Service”, obtained the recognition of ”Bandiera Lilla”, entering the circuit of barrier-free tourism!
